Jenn and Simon had a beautiful traditional Chinese wedding this fall. Jenn looked stunning in her Cheongsam red dress and equally beautiful in her white wedding gown. I was quite excited to do a shoot downtown during their wedding day which strays away from typical places such as gardens and churches. The photos from downtown were outstanding.
I was glad that we got shots of Simon’s shoes which sum him up pretty good: a little eccentric, funny, and really loves Jenn!

Every wedding season, there is one or two shoots that really make me say ‘wow’ because everything seems to come together. This engagement shoot with Mickey and Alicia reminded me why I love photography! They were a great looking couple, were very fun, and combine this with a perfect fall afternoon equals some of my favourite images this year. I also noticed that Mickey likes to put his hands in his pockets way too much while we were shooting! lol. I didn’t really notice until I started editing the photos. I guess that’s what I get when I tell them to do what feels natural. Thanks for a great afternoon guys. I look forward to your wedding.
